All members, or proxies are advised of the upcoming inaugural Annual General Meeting of members of Whyalla Business and Tourism Inc. (WB&T) The details of this meeting are as follows

The meeting will be conducted under the provisions of the Whyalla Business and Tourism Constitution Inc. (2022)
Agenda to include:
- Confirmation of the Previous minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 7 April 2022
- Presentation of the Treasurer’s Report
- Election of two (2) Whyalla Business and Tourism Inc committee members.
All financial members are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting. Anyone wishing to become a member is also welcome.
The current committee is the foundation and therefore as stated in the WB&T Constitution
7.1 Membership of the Committee.
7.1.3 Appointments to the foundation committee are for a period of two (2) years and subsequently appointments will be for a period of there (3) years where half of the positions on the committee will be extended in order to maintain continuity.
Anyone interested in becoming a committee member is advised to submit a formal nomination before 2 May 2023

A member shall be entitled to appoint in writing a natural person who is also a member of the association to be their proxy and attend and vote at any general meeting of the association
