Providing a ‘wow factor’ and memorable customer experiences has won EB Games Whyalla Chamber of Commerce and Industry business of the month.
Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Ron Hay congratulated EB Games.
“It’s all about service and giving people positive experiences, [for EB Games] it was all about the customers view of coming in here and seeing what you could do for them and they came away from here feeling really happy with what they got,” he said.
EB Games store manager Lachlan Armit said the award validated that the store was achieving what it was always striving for.
“We strive to be the best at what we do and obviously that’s showing, which is awesome,” he said.
