Monarch Chemmart has been named as the Whyalla Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business of the Month for November due to its high quality customer service. Feedback noted that the consistent and kind service always ensured customers left with a smile on their face.
Pharmacist Joanna Ferrari said that Monarch Chemmart was a business that cared about their customers.
“We try to provide professional and caring service for customers,” she said.
“We have a really good customer base here and this award helps to spread the word around about our business.” They received the same award in 2013.
