Keeping Whyalla’s wheels turning
U Pedal Cycles has been named business of the month for keeping Whyalla’s wheels turning.
The bicycle specialty store was awarded Whyalla Chamber of Commerce and Industry Outstanding Business of the Month for March.
Store owner and operator Jenny Odgers said she was “gobsmacked” when she was notified of the award.
U Pedal Cycles has serviced the community’s bike needs for almost three decades supporting the Whyalla Cycling Club and newly formed Whyalla Riders Club.
U Pedal Cycles has been in operation for 29 years and located in the city plaza for the past 15.
Mrs Odgers said she believed bike use was on the up in Whyalla and U Pedal Cycles acted as a hub for the region with a huge range of stock.
