Congratulations to the December 2022 Business of the Month; WDD Office Choice…
Hey, what a great way to finish 2022 with awarding Ian Walkden and his staff at our very own WDD Office Choice. It seems fitting to complete the year with a very foundational business in Whyalla.
The business covers just about everything you can think of for all your office needs. But here’s the thing, it’s not just office related. Yeah, sure there’s an incredible assortment of pens, paper, printing accessories, and stationary, but step inside and you’ll also notice quality furniture, cleaning supplies and even workwear. The furniture can be delivered free within Whyalla and even assembled to make things easier.
Ian really has developed the business to be a one stop shop for all your workplace needs; and proudly contains the most comprehensive range of stationary and furniture outside of Adelaide.
Speaking with Ian you soon get to realise that its maybe not all about the business that keeps him motivated. Although he’s been associated with Office Choice for some 32 years and the proud owner for the past 22, it’s the employees that keeps the passion in him. And in a reciprocal way the staff are all very dedicated to maintaining an honest and competent supply to the customers requirements.
We even had a couple of staff members return to the store just to be with Ian when we arrived with the award. A strong showing of what I can see to be a proud place to work.
