Rockmans Whyalla have been rewarded for their excellent service with a Business of the Month award for the month of December.
Chamber of Commerce representative Peter Klobucar said the voting public praised Rockmans for their ‘genuine commitment to help customers look their best’.
“With so many competing businesses operating in the same market, it’s the service to the customer that sets them apart, this award is recognition that the Rockmans team have delivered this in droves,” he said.
Previous Manager Sharyn Hughes said the staff were ‘very excited and glad’ to have won the award.
“My team are very good with our customers, we always treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves,” she said.
“In December we were quite busy with Christmas, so our girls were very focused on providing quality customer service, which I am very proud and grateful for.
“Thank you very much for nominating us and we accept this award with much appreciation.”
The Business of the Month is a community-driven award, and the Chamber of Commerce encourage people to nominate a business by completing an online or paper based nomination form.

Rockmans are a women’s clothing company, and their Whyalla store is located in the Westlands Shopping Centre.
