Complete Auto Service has lived up to its namesake, providing a complete service for customers and in turn, earning the title of Whyalla Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business of the Month for October.
Feedback on the business noted Complete Auto Service’s friendly and thorough service and the ability to go above and beyond customer service expectations.
The family-owned business was started by Rob and Heidi Caponi from scratch in 2002 and had contiunued to thrive since then due to a commitment to quality service.
“Our motto is to give great quality service,” Mrs Caponi said.
“We like to exceed our customers’ expectations and aim to serve them with the same level of customer service we would expect when we go shopping or use a service.”
Mrs Caponi said Complete Auto Service also welcomed the opportunity for feedback and encouraged customers to let them know about their experiences to ensure staff can best serve them.
“To our customers, we really appreciate the positive feedback and are very proud and honoured to receive this award,” Mrs Caponi said.
