Bank SA has been named Whyalla Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s business of the month for August.
Chamber president Ron Hay said Bank SA was recognised for its good customer service during its relocation from the City Plaza to Westland Shopping Centre.
Bank SA branch manager Bev Rigg said it was a smooth transition and the fresh layout provided customers with better access to staff.
“We’re all out in the front with the customers now, we’re customer facing and we have really friendly staff,” she said.
Mrs Rigg said changing to a “fresh start” branch represnted the store moving into the digital age.
Mrs Rigg said the new store layout was about customer focus and included four ATMs which are available 24/7.
